Solution Overview

The system uses UHF RFID radio waves to automatically scan and identify tags attached to workers’ helmets, vests, safety shoes, and other PPE in just a few milliseconds as they pass through the Smart Gate. If any missing or non-compliant equipment is detected, the system immediately locks the gate and triggers an alert, completely preventing safety risks at the entry point without requiring manual inspection.

Each piece of protective equipment is assigned a unique identifier, enabling full automation of inventory, issuance, and return processes linked to individual workers. The software accurately tracks usage history and automatically alerts when equipment requires maintenance or replacement (such as safety harnesses or gas cylinders). This eliminates paperwork, prevents loss, and optimizes stock levels.
